How does the free trial work?
You get 30 days with every feature, and you don't need a card to start. During the trial, Zatila sets up as many as 50 menu items for you.
When the trial ends, choose a plan in Billing. If you haven't chosen one yet, your tablets keep working for a short grace period while we remind you, and then the account pauses until you pick a plan. Your data is kept.
What if I choose a plan before the trial ends?
Billing starts the day you choose a plan, and any unused trial days are not carried over. Most owners choose a plan near the end of the trial.
What counts as a location?
Each kitchen you run is a location. You pay only for locations that are open. Locations marked coming soon or closed are free, and every plan includes unlimited tablets.
How do the lower prices for more locations work?
The price per location steps down as you grow. Each plan card shows its steps, and the calculator above works out the total for your number of open locations.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay once a year and get 2 months free: a year costs the same as 10 months.
Who handles payments?
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Your card details go to Lemon Squeezy and never to Zatila, Lemon Squeezy appears on your statement, and it takes care of sales tax and VAT where they apply.
What if a payment fails?
We email you, and your tablets keep working for 14 days while you update your card. If it's still not sorted after that, the account pauses. Your data is kept for 90 days, and you can turn the account back on from Billing.
Can I cancel or switch plans?
Yes. Cancel any time from Billing in your admin, and your kitchen keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for. To move between Starter and Pro, change your plan in Billing, or write to us and we'll do it for you.
We have 10 or more locations. Can we talk?
Of course. Pro already gets cheaper from the 5th and 10th location. For custom terms, invoicing or help setting up every location, talk to us.
